National Church Planting Group

Our Goal

The entire Church Planting Program exists to equip and support our church planters from start to finish. That includes a Church Planting Pathway program (a structured process for identifying church planters) a yearly assessment event, a year long cohort, coaching, a place for current churches to join a revitalization process (Antioch Project), etc. We provide training and care as we connect with potential planters, connect with regional church planting committees, and do everything possible so our church plants launch well and last long. Find out more on our Church Planting page at sgcmissions.org

This program is led by a team of individuals. We have a passion to spread the gospel of Jesus and, as with any family of churches, how we do it looks a lot like us. This is why we say “we plant the SGC way.” There’s nothing innovative about how we plant churches. In fact, we strive to follow the well-worn patterns of the faithful generations of church planters that have gone before us.
